Regular Up Keep
When you sign up, we will be requesting a LOT of information from you about your existing properties, suppliers and leads.
We will upload this to our proprietary property management CRM platform. You can view your records at any time.
You can raise tickets to forward instructions, information, documents, and records to upload on to your dashboard.
You will receive a weekly snapshot of your portfolio as well as pending tasks, leads, viewings, meetings and calls that are forthcoming.
What we don't manage: The Property VA Property Management service covers many of the Administrative side of running a property business. We currently do not manage any of the Customer Service side of running properties. This means we don't manage tenant viewings, tenant support, SA guest check in and support. We also currently do not offer bookkeeping services. We want to build our business and offering slowly in order to focus on delivering excellent service to our customers before we add on more services. We will certainly be considering adding more services for our clients.

All packages includes the cost of use of property management CRM software.
* Set up fees will cover the initial onboarding of the client's records, information, tenancies, documents, etc. Setting up can take up to a week depending on the number of client's properties.
**Each account can have up to 3 users.
*** There is a 3 month minimum contract to use our property management service.
****Please get in touch if you have more than 30 properties to manage.
